Robin Winkle has more than 20 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He has held business-development, field development, and major capital project-execution roles in Europe, Russia, Africa and North and South America. He earned an M.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London, and an MBA from Rice University’s Jesse Jones School of Business. He is currently Managing Partner of Glenloch Energy, an advisory firm, which provides business-development strategy, origination, and transaction support to the oil and gas industry. Previously he served as LUKOIL’s Director of Development for the western hemisphere. Prior to LUKOIL, he worked for Shell internationally in a variety of technical, commercial, and managerial roles in the Netherlands, Norway, the Russian Federation, and the United States of America.
